A pleasant occasion to discover their fall/winter 09 lingerie (and particularly a naughty and charming chemise) and to see a new time their beautiful creation for Ultra Lingerie.

Aubade has just launched it new website: more complete, more fluent, beautiful and more friendly. Aubade presents now all their accessories (diary, CD, perfume) and all their famous Lessons in Seduction since the first one (do not miss in the Lessons section the possibility to send an e-card and to write yourself the message of the lesson..!).
The launching is also the occasion to reveal the spring-summer 2009 collections of lingerie and swimwear, which are as usual full of beautiful things (and really better presented), among which I have choosen (what a surprise!) the two ranges Aubade, Lingerie de Luxe:

Salon de la Lingerie 2009, 5: Ultra Lingerie, the Petite-Coquette Prize!



It's now a tradition: waiting to be in the official jury, Petite Coquette awards each year it own Ultra Lingerie Prize!
An award absolutely unofficial but definitely honorary

A words before about two garments which has really impressed me:
The beautiful and so sweet Simone Pérèle composition, with it delicious flowers; but that nice piece is on my opinion too far of lingerie and too close to a dress.
The gracious pricess from Empreinte, already awarded by the official jury...

After a one month lockout to work on their new website, Cazar is finally back with more than 800 lingerie sets in sale!

Yesterday was the day of the famous Ultra-Lingerie runway, the most important show of the salon, with Haute-Couture lingerie pieces especially designed for the occasion. I will post soon the pictures of the complete runway but without waiting here is the winners!

Even if I'm still in love with their accessories, and particularly with the so sensuous stockings pictured above, seeing French Cancan enlarge their collection with a complete range of lingerie and nightwear is a real pleasure. And learning that they will launch their own online store in just a few weeks is the "cherry on the cake" of the news!
So here is a preview of their winter 09 collection, which won't be available until next september, but I'll be back soon with their spring/summer 09 collection (as soon as their webshop is open!)

Salon de la Lingerie 2009, 1: The favorites of Chantal Thomass

Chantal Thomass has revealed her favorites yesterday, after a visit of the salon and at a conference around the "talent of tomorrow". Here is her selection of young lingerie brands, from which some are already well-known from our readers:

The corsets from Nuance, a young brand which comes from Russia;
Corsets again with Velda Lauder, one of the stars of modern corsetry;
The accessories, and now the lingerie (I'll be back about that) from French Cancan, which will launch soon an online shop;
The sexy lingerie from Bordelle, one of ths spicy novelties of this salon;
The lougewear and soft lingerie from Undrest, which has just launched last week an online shop;
And the colorful knickers from Miss Lala (website under construction).

At the same conference there where also Christine Walter Bonini, from Esmod, and Agnès d'Anselme, Fabrics Designer, who have presented:
The French lingerie from Jupons de Tess;
The beautiful loungewear from Afterwear;
The conceptual beachwear of Giadadanielle;
Knickers from SPANK;
The underwear and loungewear from Fishbelly;
the Organic loungewear from Occidente;
Mens underwear of Paul Marchand
And the marvellous collections of Elise Anderegg.

I will come-back in details about some of that discoveries, but it already gives you some tendancies, a little wiser (even if my picture says the opposite) but really festive, of the Salon 2009.

Bordelle

600 brands, two runways each day, the Ultra Lingerie cocktail and it Haute-Couture lingerie catwalk, expositions, meetings and discoveries: a little heaven for the Coquette will start tomorrow: the Salon International de la Lingerie de Paris!
As usual I will post on the blog the pictures of the runways, infos, previews of next winter collections and some indiscretions

Agent Provocateur continues to regularly launch new collections and we're enjoy today to discover Virgins: after the Witches and the Pirates, of which the presentation was a little bit too trash to our taste, the Virgins are here and annouce the spring!
Pastel colors, naughty cuts and a more sensual presentation make that lingerie absolutely more tempting, and for some sets (as that broderie red & white bra) definitely irresistible
It's a great pleasure to see AP coming back so mischievous and their girls so cute!

Chantal Thomass has just re-designed her website and it's a great success: lingerie is better presented (pictures are no more moving ), content is rich and browsing is (really) more fluent.
Designed with small cards which opens in pop-ups (and which could be shared by email or on a blog), the brand shows their collections: lingerie and hosiery but also umbrellas, perfume or stationary, and all the special collaborations of Chantal Thomass: furnitures, pens, candles or the famous washing-machine designed for Vedette (see also the excellent tutu and ballet slippers created for Repetto!)
A website which more than a simple presentation of collections proposes a real promenade in the universe of Chantal Thomass, very friendly to browse and on which I have only one doubt: the music which happily could be put off..!
